ATS Group, one of the leading real estate developer in the National Capital Region (NCR) has ventured into a related business of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) to complete construction and deliver delayed projects of other developers.
To begin with, the group has decided to partner with the Logix group to complete their three projects namely Logix Blossom Greens, Logix Blossom County & Logix Blossom Zest.
The effort to complete the construction of the three projects will ensure delivery of over 4,500 apartments, launched by Logix Group, beginning the end of 2019 in a phased manner.
“The PMC will endeavour to take up incomplete projects, where with proper management and construction, due diligence execution will be made ensuring delivery as per stipulated timelines. ATS enjoys a track record for on-time deliveries and this will certainly revive confidence in the customers who have booked their units in these projects,” Mr.Getamber Anand, Chairman & Managing Director, ATS Group said.
Logix group has so far partially completed the construction of the three projects and delivered around 3,800 apartments. Around 400 apartments are also ready to move-in, which would be up for delivery soon.
ATS PMC along with the Logix group will be in discussion with UP RERA, Noida Authority, financial institutions and other stakeholders including buyers to develop a mechanism so that the construction can be expedited and completed smoothly without any legal or financial liability obstructing this effort.
“In the course of this endeavour, if a successful model could be developed to expedite the completion of the project and delivery of the apartments, we will further explore partnerships with other developers in the region to work together to start construction and complete their stalled projects,” Mr.Anand added.
