Shabnam Gupta

You simply cannot miss out on this name in the big, dreamy designer world. The mastermind behind several highly notable projects, Shabnam started off on her own with The Orange Lane. Contrasting the elements of design is her magic wand which helps transform spaces, giving them a stellar appeal. Her contemporary touch to her work lends a ‘class apart’ feel to her projects. Staring from designing top hotels and restaurants to celebrity abodes, he has done it all. Among many of the accolades she has in her kitty, AD50 2017 Award for the 50 most influential architects & Interior Designers is one of them.

Lipika Sud

Many might now know her as the President of the Guild of Designers & Artists. Lipika has quite a few titles to her credentials. Founder Director of Lipika Sud Interiors Pvt. Ltd and Dimension Designers Pvt. Ltd. is one of them.  If you thought that’s all about this leading lady of Interior design, then you’re in for more surprise. She runs and manages Art n Aura, an art services company and immediate past Chairperson of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers. What’s more, Lipika is also the Co-Chairperson of The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (Infrastructure division) and the winner of the prestigious title of Best Design Professional – 2012. Her spectacular projects include residences, hotels, corporate workspaces and offices.

Anjum Jung

Anjum hails from Bangalore and is known for her modish and urban designs for hospitality and residential spaces. With her experience and guidance, Morph Design Company is now a name recognized across the country with an impressive clientele. Some of Anjum’s notable works include Angasana Oasis Spa and Resort and Oakwood Service Apartments along with a number of residential, commercial and hospitality projects. At MDC, she is the front runner when it comes to business development, strategic planning, project management and other important executive functions. No wonder, MDC has numerous awards and accolades to its name!

Tanya Gyani

Tanya’s design boutique design firm is based in California. Born, raised and studied in India, she draws inspiration from Indian textiles, crafts and architecture. She specializes in home décor and residential interior design. The secret to her unique aesthetic sense is the rich experience of different cultures she brings with her. For a decade, Tanya led the design business for Indigo Living in India. That’s not all, she was the Chief Interior Design Consultant to DLF on exemplary projects like Aralias, Magnolias, and Queen’s Court.

Sunita Kohli

Can you believe the first ever designer to receive the prestigious Padma Shri in 1992 has no formal training in interior designing? Yes! Sunita Kohli is a marvel in herself. There are other ‘firsts’ to her name as she was also the first Indian architect to deliver an illustrated lecture at National Building Museum, Washington DC. Sunita also happens to be the first woman to be appointed as the Chairperson of the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. She is currently the President of K2 India and counted as one of the top designers in India.
