The Group has been organizing these camps every year with the aim of extending health and safety measures to its employees and construction workers and as part of its efforts at extending wide support to community welfare initiatives.
A team of doctors from Artemis Multi Speciality Hospital diagnosed and gave free consultation to the patients. Various tests were also conducted including Blood Sugar testing; General Body Check Up; ECG; ENT. Free medicines were also distributed to the workers. A blood donation camp in association with the Rotary Blood Bank was also held in which M3M employees donated blood, a lifeline in an emergency.
Mr Roop Bansal, Managing Director, M3M Group said, “At M3M, we still believe in the old saying – ‘A healthy body leads to a healthy mind’. The health of our workers and staff is of prime importance to us and therefore, we constantly strive to provide our employees and construction labourers with health checkup facilities. Most of their time is spent on our project sites, and it becomes of utmost importance to conduct these camps regularly for safeguarding their health. Such camps not only help in diagnosing the health conditions of the workers but also in preventing the onset of any kind of disease. Our sincere thanks to Artemis Hospital and Rotary Blood Bank for the support extended by them.”
“The camp was extremely beneficial as we got many health tests done free of cost which we cannot afford. I’m thankful to M3M group for organizing this health checkup.” Said Harish a construction worker.
