People talk about luxury and affordability but very few talk about affordable luxury. Saya Group made sure that this misconception was eroded with their zest for quality homes which were luxurious but still affordable.
Please share brief about your ongoing projects? How many projects are you planning to launch in the current fiscal? What is your current land bank?
Saya Zion and Saya Gold Avenue are few of our ongoing projects that come with various modern amenities coupled with superior connectivity and strategic location. As of now, there no projects in line for launch in the current fiscal.
What challenges you expect in the given market conditions?
The real estate market in India is very dynamic and sentiment driven. Such markets will always be a challenge but then again, these challenges can be overcome by better organisation of work and trustworthy promises from the developer.
Where you want to go from here in years to come? What vision guides your company?
There is a lot which goes in transforming a roof to a home you look forward to come back. After a tiring day at work, after travelling long hours, you look forward to return to your adobe. We strive to build these adobes for our customers, day in and day out.
How do you see the government initiatives would help you achieve your vision?
The government’s push of Housing for All and AMRUT are big enhancers for realty sector in India, particularly in the NCR. The reason being things are very unorganised and to have the above missions implemented, a lot of organisational work will have to be carried on which will in turn pave way for an organised sector.
Do you believe in mentorship? How has mentorship made a difference in your professional and personal life?
No, I do not believe in mentorship but yes, mentorship is looked from a neutral perspective is very productive. Under right mentorship, you ought to learn a lot as the person mentoring you definitely has more experience and however vague it might sound but the experience of age is something which cannot be ignored.
Many people regret not having enough time for the things they like. If you could add six hours onto every day, what would you do with the extra time?
I would love to spend the extra time equally among my projects. Every project used to be my baby but with multiple projects ongoing, I am not able to dedicate time fully on every project.

Vienna, Rabat, Zurich, Gulmarg, Budapest
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Delivering my first project on time and to the customers’ satisfaction was the greatest achievement till date.
