Akhilesh K Prasad The National Housing Bank’s Residex has recently found that the prices of residential property are increasing more in tier-II and tier-III cities in comparison with tier-I cities. The highest increases in prices of residential properties for the quarter ending March 2017, over the previous quarter, was observed in Bhubaneswar (11.7%), and followed by Visakhapatnam (10.9%) and Raipur (10%).
